APPLICATION
35CrMo Round bar is used to make important parts of various machines that withstand impact, bending, and high loads, such as rolling mill gears, crankshafts, hammer rods, connecting rods, fasteners, engine main shafts, car shafts, engine transmission parts, large electric machine shafts, oil machinery piercing tools, boiler bolts at working temperatures below 400 degrees Celsius, screws below 510 degrees Celsius, high-pressure seamless thick-walled pipes in chemical machinery (temperature 450~500 degrees Celsius, no corrosive medium) etc.; can also be replaced4 0CrNi is used for manufacturing high-speed transmission shafts, engine rotors, large-section gears, shafts (diameter less than 500MM), etc.; process equipment materials, pipes, welding materials.
