PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

15crmo is an alloy structural steel material composed of alloy elements such as carbon and silicon. 15crmo steel is a heat-resistant steel that still has high strength and machinability at 500-550℃. 15crmo steel bars have the advantages of high strength, high toughness and good corrosion resistance. 15crmo steel rod can be used to manufacture various important parts, such as gears, crankshafts, seamless pipes, etc.

APPLICATION

15CrMo low alloy heat-resistant steel is stronger than 12CrMo steel but slightly less tough. It has higher hot strength and oxidation resistance below 500-550 °C, as well as good comprehensive mechanical properties, processability and cold deformation plasticity, and acceptable weldability. It is mainly used to produce seamless steel pipes and steel plates of various calibers.


The uses of 15CrMo low-alloy heat-resistant steel are the same as those of 12CrMo steel. It is used for main steam pipelines with steam parameters of 510°C, boiler superheated pipelines with steam parameters of 530°C, medium and high-pressure steam pipelines, and pipe heads; after quenching and tempering, it can be used to manufacture various important parts working at room temperature.
