PPgl steel coil is made by hot-dip galvanizing a fully hard plate that has been pickled and rolled, and applying a zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and workability due to the properties of zinc. Generally, the processes and specifications of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and galvanized steel coils are basically the same.
Hot dip galvanizing is the application of a protective zinc coating to steel or iron panels to prevent rust.
Due to the self-sacrificing properties of zinc, it has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and workability.
The required amount of galvanizing can be selected and produced, in particular thicker zinc layers can be achieved (max. 120g/m2).
According to whether the board has been surface treated, it can be divided into two categories: zero markings and ultra-smooth.
